Xavier Williams is the owner and CEO of Alfa Pride Financial. As a business professional, he has almost two decades of experience providing individuals and organizations with solutions to achieve their personal and enterprise goals. He is a merger of the worlds of Human Resources Management and financial services. He specializes in building customized financial solutions tailored to each client's specific personal or business needs.
As an HR professional, he has a background in talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion efforts. He uses this experience to serve as a client advocate and career development coach, helping job seekers properly brand and position themselves for success. As a licensed financial professional, he helps clients in the areas of protection, wealth accumulation, and wealth preservation, with the ultimate goal of helping them secure a comfortable retirement.
He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is committed to his personal growth and development so he can better serve the needs of his clients. He is a certified public speaker and competent leader by Toastmasters International. He loves speaking to groups about career advancement and financial literacy and the importance of preparing for the future.
He is passionate about this because he saw his father lose a profitable business due to the great recession of 2008. Years later he tragically passed away without accomplishing his dream of securing his family's financial future.
Xavier saw family members such as his mother make unwise financial decisions that almost jeopardized her retirement. These experiences taught him the valuable lesson that it takes one type of skill to make a lot of money, but it takes a different type of skill to actually keep it. Being a high-income earner doesn't equate to having good money management skills.
His mission is to be a valuable resource to his community and help the people he connects with secure their future by either helping them further their careers or through proper financial planning.
